Download
a Flyer/Poster
One way you can help
is to get as many of Laci's "Missing" flyers/posters in front of as many pairs of eyes as possible. People
do notice them. And there's no
better way to get the word out at a grass roots level.
When the command
center
was open, hundreds of people stopped by and picked-up thousands of the flyers to post and distribute in their neighborhoods
and at work. But you can get one right here... electronically! All you have to do is download either the English
or Spanish version of the flyer by using one of the links below.
The flyers that you may download from this web site are in PDF format, viewable and readable using the Adobe Acrobat
Reader. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is a powerful document viewing utility that is probably already installed on your
computer. Without it you cannot open and see the flyer. So you'll want to verify that your computer already has
the Reader installed on it before you download either or both of the flyers.

for Laci Peterson who disappeared on Christmas Eve. Peterson, 27, eight-months pregnant, was last seen walking
her dog in a Modesto neighborhood park.

If the Acrobat reader isn't already installed on your computer, you may download it for free from the Adobe web site by
clicking on the icon below.

Get the Reader
After downloading the
reader, you'll need to install it, which may require that you restart your computer. If so, then simply come back
to this web page when you're done so you can go ahead and download whichever one (or both) of the flyer files you
need.
Once the flyer file opens in your web browser, simply make sure there's plenty of paper in your printer, and click
on the little printer icon in the bar just above the flyer display area. Select the quantity you want.
And if you see a checkbox choice in your printer dialog called "Fit to Page," be sure to put a checkmark
next to it. Doing so will make the poster fit onto your paper better and will help avoid the possibility of the
words and images running off the edges. of the paper.
These are new flyers/posters that reflect
the revised reward information announced by the Carole Sund/Carrington Memorial Reward Foundation during its press
conference on Wednesday, March 5, 2003.
These new poster/flyer files also utilize a different (and perhaps better) photograph of Laci than earlier poster/flyer
PDF files did.
Using these PDF files, you may either print flyers on your own printer, or you may take the files to your nearest
KINKOS (or equivalent) and you may print them on a variety of different
poster-sized stock. That's why we call them "poster/flyers," because they'll enlarge or reduce to almost
any reasonable size without any appreciable loss of quality. They're completely flexible!
We now have eight (8) versions of the poster/flyer!
Please select the one that's right for you:
If you need an unzipping/unarchiving
utility to decompress/extract the archive, try the free Stuffit
Expander
for Windows PCs or for Macintosh
computers.
There's even a Linux version.
After selecting one of the choices above, download a flyer then print-up a few dozen and post or distribute them
throughout your neighborhood or at work. If it is the lake and campground version that you download, take it with
you when you go fishing or camping this weekend and post it wherever such postings are permitted. Please do not
litter or damage the natural environment with our posters/flyers. Please only post them in authorized places!
